Christmas is upon us, the Schoolies have hit the Gold Coast (my place in particular as I’ve inherited two of my very own live in Schoolies for a week) and the work is flooding in. Since my last blog entry it’s been busy times with corporate gigs, Christmas functions, Comedy Club shows, and the big news TERRA NOVA.
Not to mention the release this week of my long awaited DVD “Cruisin 2010”

The DVD features a full headline set which was filmed onboard the cruise ship “Pacific Sun” along with some bonus footage and can be purchased at any of my upcoming gigs. As mentioned previously, a Products Page will soon be added to this site so as Books, DVD’s and CD’s can be easily purchased online.

The DVD release coincides with my three nights headlining The Sit Down Comedy Club in Brisbane this week. Also appearing will be close friend and awesome comic Mike Bennett, so come and join us for lots and laughs and good times.

Thanks also to Gael from Williams Talent for her guidance in securing me a role in the Steven Spielberg-produced Fox sci-fi television series TERRA NOVA.
I was offered a spot in the Core Extra Group and couldn’t be happier. I’m playing a Soldier called Joe who is under the command of Frank Taylor, played by Stephen Lang who is most recently known for his major role in AVATAR.

We are filming till Dec 14 then back on Jan 18 for approximately four months
I’ve just had my first week on set and it’s an amazing experience to say the least. Mainly Australian crew, and at the helm is American Director Alex Graves.

This is such an incredible project to be involved with, I just hope that as I’m playing a Soldier I don’t get killed off in the first episode.

So when I say, “It’s all happening” well…..It IS pretty much ALL HAPPENING.

It’s been a very hectic lead up to Christmas this year, and we haven’t even hit December yet. Hopefully the good will is being spread far and wide amongst you all and that we get through the Silly Season unscathed, albeit for the occasional hangover.
